“Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.”

After my reservation, the correct amount was first taken from my credit card and later double that amount was taken with the excuse that the amount originally charged was only a third of the cost. The worst came later when we were told on the first night when we arrived there that no rooms were available. We had all the papers with the prove that we had a reservation and the money was taken in advance! We……
