We Americans stayed here for 2 nights. Highly recommended. Great cultural experience for those looking for an authentic ryokan in an older style building with communal bathing facilities. Japanese breakfast was really fun but I had little idea what I was eating. Go with an open mind! I was glad there were a couple of very helpful staff who spoke some English. Otherwise, it looked like all local Japanese guests there!

フロント・食事処等スタッフの対応は良かったが、部屋は不潔では無いが鏡台やダイヤル式電話、テレビ裏の超？タコ脚配線、カーテンの破れ(裂け)等々平成を飛ばして昭和の佇まい。 食事とお風呂はとても良かった。コスパが良いと思うが、部屋のリノベーションは早急にした方が良い。

われ後期高齢の元気ジジイなり。世話になる後輩の兄ちゃんの慰労で、瀬戸内山口から新幹線で駆けつけ畳部屋で二連泊…。宿の♨️風呂とその湯質が気に入り、二人で温泉浴をたっぷり楽しみやしたでございます♪。なに料理はだって？それももちろんわれは、スタッフのサービスを含め、大満足でございました。

家族で和洋室を利用しました。とても広くて良かったのですが、広さの割にテレビが小さい感じがします。料理も決まった席に準備されている為、待たされる事もなく、美味しかったです。スタッフは外国の方がほとんどのような気がしましたが、とても丁寧に接客していただきました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

初めての湯河原温泉でした。温泉の温度が高すぎたけど、外の檜風呂は丁度良かったです。 お食事はどれも丁寧に作られていてとても美味しかったです！！量もちょうど良かったです。飲み物の料金がもう少しお安かったらもっと良かったです。 　外国のスタッフさんが多く皆さんとても親切で、親しみやすかったです^_^お世話になりましたm(_ _)m

他の方の口コミ通りスタッフは海外の方々が多く頑張っている感が凄く伝わってきて、ほっこりさせて頂きました。料理も６０代女性には十分すぎる品数。白米好きの人には楽しいメニュー。朝のミカンジュースはさすが地元、美味しかったです。
