The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were amazing and customer focused. Really liked our first time using a public bath. Also, like the complementary ice cream.

HAKONE Setsugetsuka
Had a high corner room with view. Very clean. Hotel provided a lot of amenities for use during stay. Chose to experience local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend Gora Brewery for dinner. Hotel staff very helpful with suggestions and guidance, especially Shohei at front desk.

Great location to experience mt Fuji in a relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in the Japanese style family room which was very spacious with beautiful lake views.
