"Yes the breakfast was fresh and lots of variety. Lots of people and long queues in the moring. Really appreciate the shuttle to and from airport. Checking in was abit chaotic as self check in was not clear and staff was not that helpful. Was allocated a lovely room"

"Decent stay for a night. Free shuttle to/from airport. Gift shop, pharmacy, and a FamilyMart in the hotel, which was pretty cool. The a/c in our room didn’t work and it was stuffy. Also the beds and pillows were the worst we encountered in all of Japan, kind of a bummer. Overall it was ok for just one night. "

"The room was clean. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was awesome. However, they did not have an iron available for my whole stay. Also, the bed was a little hard."

"Lovely hotel, modern rooms with large comfy beds. The staff were all fantastic and really made experience here as brilliant as it was. Would recommend as a base for Disney or business in Tokyo Bay. A little far as a base for Tokyo but would suit if adding a day or two to a trip. "

"The breakfast was very good. But very crowded. A note to people to familiar with making a reservation. First thing in the morning scan the QR code and you will be assigned a time. Note at 6:30 am I was given 7;15. I saw many people not realizing this scanning. And to be honest half the staff told us you do not need a reservation. Think logically everyone wants to eat early and get to Disney. "

"It is conveniently located near airport and provided the round trip bus to and from the hotel. Their included breakfast id a wonderful plus. "
