“This property has recently been completely remodeled. Everything is new, clean, and fresh. It is conveniently located to almost everything you would want to do. It is minutes from downtown Gilbert, which has awesome dinning and entertainment options. The spring training facilities for the A's and Cubs are a short drive from the hotel. Local attractions like the Reparian Preserve at The Water Ranch, a 110-acre natural area featuring seven ponds, hiking trails, and a dinosaur-bone dig site.……

“Breakfast selections were small, coffee was not hot, room was not cleaned while we were there. Only one chair in the room and it was a desk chair. Really!? Lighting was really inadequate. Furniture was a bit scraped/beat up. But beds were comfortable and staff in entrance were friendly. That is the only staff I saw all weekend. Overall it was disappointing. ”

“Didn’t use the hot tub or pool but looked at close up. Appeared clean and hot tub temperature on my hand did not seem as hot as some. Pool and hot tub both had handicap lifts. The room was reasonably clean except under the table. The bedding and linens / towels were clean and in good condition. Lots of immediate hot water. TV, microwave and refrigerator. Good sized room. The big negative was our king size mattress was broken down, particularly on the door side where it sloped to the edge. We……

“The noise from the others slamming the gate all hours of the night. People out arguing in the court yard from 1:30-2 and they were all drunk.”
