「Definitely a unique spot, an industrial contemporary style with concrete floors so bring slippers. Close to everything and parking can be found nearby at the Sobeys. Nice and spacious!」

「Decent downtown place, no parking but close to supermarkets and restaurants」

「This was our first time visiting Halifax, NS. This place was very clean, comfortable bed, fantastic location for anything you want to do in Halifax. Pictures were very accurate of inside. Loved that this place has private parking in a garage. Communication with our host, Jeff was efficient and responded fast. You will not be disappointed staying here and the view is great!」

「We had a wonderful stay here for 2 months while house hunting. Kristyn was very communicative and welcoming. The apartment has everything: space, view, peace and quiet, and all the amenities. The building and the apartment itself are beautiful. Walkable to the lovely shops and restaurants in the North End, as well as downtown. We would have gladly stayed longer. Highly recommend!」

Condo had been spot cleaned as in normal housework but windows, window casements, baseboards, corners, closets etc. not maintained. Air conditioners are just window ones and did not work well and...
