This is a beautifully renovated unit located in dead city center! The place showcases 5 brand new stainless steel appliances, an electric fireplace, a smart TV, plus an in unit washer & dryer. The place is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay in the city.
This is a self contained one bedroom with all the comforts of home. There are large picture windows at both ends of the unit so there is lots of natural light comes through. The sofa does fold into a bed if required.
No shared spaces. This unit is located on the main floor of a 5 unit building. It’s sound proofed and a very quiet location!
A block from Spring Garden Road, this ideal downtown location is perfect for those who want to be a stone’s throw from all amenities such as the Scotia Bank Center , the convention center , Argyle Street, Lower Water Street, Pier 21, Park Lane Mall, cinema, coffee shops, VG/IWK hospital, Universities (Dal, Saint Marys, Kings),Pete’s Frootique Grocery, great restaurants, the bar district, Public Library, NSLC, Cannibas store..... This is a very safe residential area.

Nice apartment and close to Halifax waterfront. Washer and dryer was nice to have access to given we were at the mid point of our stay. Parking was a plus and easy to coordinator with owner prior to arrival. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, I gave a lower cleanliness rating due to multiple long black hairs on the fitted white sheet which made me question if the bed had been cleaned prior to our arrival and the sofa was covered in short white pet hair.
Great location, very clean and modern apartment, host was wonderful. Will stay again when I get back to Halifax. Had a wonderful time visiting family and exploring downtown all over again…lived in Halifax 40 years ago!
The location was ideal since it was within walking distance to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We had a great time exploring Halifax during our maritimes visit- there was a lot to see and loved to support our country !! We would definitely recommend this to others!
