“I was looking forward to a bath at night but had a terrible time getting the tap to work! Way to hard to turn the bath tap)For 76 & 81 years old seniors the lighting in the room was extremely complicated! (Way too technical for our age to figure out, so we felt we were in the dark once we put the keycard in!
