"I was traveling by car and rain got worse, i stop and only 2 hotels Days Inn, and quality Days inn the curtains dirty an couldn't closed, insects over it. Insects in the floor, over the window, bad smell I understand is economic inn. But the cleaning must be the focus. I never will be back either free. Ah!! I need my money back because i didn't stayed there, i moved to next one. As soon I saw it, i leave. AND I GOT VIDEOS "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed with this host and had equally charming and wonderful experience. The host is extremely kind and responsive. The property photos perfectly depict the idyllic sunset and cozy cabin vibes. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable and the fire place was perfect for a cozy rainy evening in. The listing also accurately described the hilly gravel roads up into the property, our CRV managed just fine. The bugs were out and about while we were on the deck (you’re in the woods, to be expected!) - Picardin based deterrents and a mini fan I happened to bring from home helped keep them at bay. Lastly, the location is extremely convenient - close to the interstate and a quick drive to Harrisonburg and a short drive to Luray and other nearby noteworthy hikes in New Market. We would love to go back. Thank you for a lovely weekend away!"

"This property is nestled by the river, which is such a lovely spot. Donna is such a wonderful innkeeper; she made us feel right at home. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious, and it was made with love. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re searching for a lovely BnB near Shenandoah National Park, this is like home without the chores. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!"

"Our first time staying at Lakota cabin & it did notdisappoint! From the time you walk in the door you feel at home it is so clean beautiful & cozy. The hosts have thought of everything from having all your kitchen needs like salt pepper oil spices bag of ice snacks & coffee station. They supply bathroom soaps & laundry detergent also. The hot tub was wonderful can tell it is well maintained & cleaned each time. Host is always very responsive & quick to answer any questions & is very kind. The birthday card & wine was so thoughtful! Cabin is at a nice location & has neighbors but is very secluded. We had an amazing time & would definitely stay here again for a future visit to Virgina!"

"The property was exactly as advertised and my wife and I enjoyed our 3-night stay. The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The road that the property is on is a very bumpy and hilly gravel road, which was no problem for us, but if one was to visit during the winter without 4-wheel drive, I could see that being difficult. If we ever find ourselves in the area another time, we would definitely stay here again if the property was available."
