It was a great stay. Friendly staff, nice food, nice environment. The spa staff was great. Great facial and a great massage. I stayed 4 days as a mommy spa trip. I will go again

Clean. The entire hotel is clean. The rooms are spotless. The staff is great. They always help and solve problems. The spa is great. Rodina is the best at giving treatments and massages. I’ve been here 3 times now. It’s my go to relaxing kid free weekend. The air conditioner is great. Breakfast is great. The service personal in the restaurant are great.

Nice but under construction

The check in was a bit tidious with a lot of information you had to put down. The room was great with a really big bed. However, we woke up by construction workers outside our window in the morning, that was not very nice.And no one had told us about it or given us a discount on the room.

Nice hotel

Good hotel with clean and fresh rooms. Nice breakfast and our only problem was that they could not offer any light food when we arrived late (which was very annoying as we were a bit hungry and the only thing we could buy from the hotel was a large dinner buffet that didn’t look fresh as it had been out for several hours when we arrived)

No GYM

Main reason I picked the hotel was they had a gym. in my confirmation it stated that spa was included so I assumed I would have acces to the gym. This was not the case. Fitness is in a separate Building and had extra cost to it.

Frühstück in einem Sporthotel könnte besser sein. Keine Glutenfreien oder Laktosefreie Alternativen. Das Buffet ohne Spuckschutz aufgetischt. Ältere Herrschaften haben über den Lebensmitteln gehustet was sehr unhygienisch war. Die Außendusche der Sauna ging nicht, das Abkühlbecken draußen des Saunabereiches war gesperrt. Das Schwimbad wenig einladend und an 2 Tagen hintereinander von schreienden Kindern belegt. Das Hotel hat keine Ahnung von Buchungen oder den Kalendern des Sportparks. Die Zimmer sibd toll und sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Abendessen im Restaurant auch mega.

Parken war ueberhaupt kein Problem. Obwohl Checkin fuer 15h vorgesehen war, checkten offensichtlich etliche Gaeste frueher ein…beim Nachfragen an der Rezeption habe ich offensichtlich die Plauderei von 4 Damen gestoert, die dort arbeiteten. Das Tempo wuerde ich als gemaechlich beschreiben; beim Fruehstueck wurde erst auf Nachfrage das Ruehrei im Buffet aufgestellt. Grosse Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Praktisch, wenn man eine Veranstaltung in der Arena nebenan hat🙂

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Restaurant mit einer tollen Terasse, Essen super, Frühstück ebenfalls. Das Schwimmbad ist auch gut, könnte aber voll sein, wenn draußen schlechtes Wetter ist. Zimmer waren gemütlich, in meinem Zimmer war leider eine Wärmepumpe außen, die morgens mit einem Brummen nervte. Dürfte aber nur 1-2 Zimmer betreffen.

Wir hatten ein großartiges Wochenende. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Tennisplätze sind direkt am Hotel und man hat die Möglichkeit auf verschiedenen Belägen zu spielen. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, bequeme Betten und schöne Zimmer, toller Wellness Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
