Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit tollem, sauberen und großem Pool in ruhiger Lage mit viel Platz drum herum.Die Küche war, bis auf einen Messbecher, sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Check-in hat gut geklappt, nur leider war unzureichend erklärt, wo das bestellte Wäschepaket abzuholen ist. Die Sauberkeit ließ meiner Meinung nach etwas zu wünschen übrig.Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Urlaub.

Alles super in Ordnung mit diesem Haus! Hier zunächst ein paar wichtige Infos: in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, es braucht eigentlich nichts mitgebracht zu Werden! Der herd ist ein normaler Herd mit ceran kochfeldplatten , also kein induktionsherd. Toaster und kaffeemaschine , alles da. Der Grill beim Pool unter der Plane ist Phantastisch und es ist auch dort alles vorhanden, Grillanzündebottich Und reinigungsbürste Inklusive. Der Pool ist genial, wird aber rein über die Sonne beheizt - der Strom für Pumpe etc. ist ja ohnehin schon teuer genug für den Mieter zu tragen ! Für hundebesitzer nicht unwichtig: um den pool herum gibt es ein etwa zwei hundert quadratmeter großes areal komplett verlegt mit Holzboden, welcher rundherum eingezäunt ist - super für hunde. Der Pool selbst bietet auch eine Treppe, bei der auch schwerbeschädigte gut ins Wasser gehen können! Die Entfernung zum Strand ist nicht korrekt angegeben , man kann nicht direkt mit dem auto dort ranfahren und es sind Mindestens 1,5 km Bis zum Strand. Auch die Hunde Freilauf Fläche ist von der Entfernung nicht korrekt, das sind mindestens 1,5 km, die man zurücklegen muss. Wichtig beim strompreis für den mieter: mit höheren strompreisen rechnen da auch die Schwimmbadpumpe mitbezahlt Werden muss . Der Swimmingpool ist wirklich fast 8 m lang und mindestens 4 m breit! Die Sonne schafft den Pool zumindest Anfang der Saison nicht sehr gut aufzuheizen , dies muss man berücksichtigen! Die Ablesung des Stromes erfolgt per fernablesung, ich empfehle bei an- und abreise ein Foto der Zählerstände zu machen. Das objekt ist Sehr schön, Wird sehr gut gepflegt und Ist sehr sauber.

Sauberkeit ausbaufähig ++ Bäder, Küche, Betten mit Erneuerungsbedarf

Matratzen durchgelegen und unbequem. Geschirrspülmaschine reinigt nicht mehr ausreichend — zu alt. Whirlpool mit eingeschränkter Funktion. Schimmel in den Bädern. Sonst gemütlich.
