“clean room, friendly staff, breakfast good and airport shuttle but there is no fitness room”

“This is absolutely the most deplorable and disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Everything is broken, old, rusted, filthy, and completely unacceptable. No words can describe how unsuitable these conditions are for any human being to sleep in. I had to leave immediately after arriving because it was that bad. I booked four nights through Expedia for a work trip and spent a significant amount of money, only to walk into horrible living conditions. The photos online look nothing like the……

“Good manner and experience ”

“This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel.”

“I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western”

“The room was very run down. The bed was lousy. The power outlet was an electrical fire looking for an excuse to happen. I deeply regret all the poor life decisions that led to my choosing to stay there. But hey, on the plus side, there were only one or two visible ants, so...I guess there could have been more? Yay.”
