“The condo was lovely, with the most fantastic views of the mountains via the balcony. The fireplace was also a nice touch! The bed was comfortable, the heating was no issue even with the cold temps, and overall the experience was a lovely home away from home. Will be back again!”

“Beautiful property and condo but lost GPS signal and phone service getting there. Got to door and could not access email or text messages on my phone to get KEY CODE for room and no one was in the office. Phone services was so spotty that I kept trying to call Vacasa but kept losing connection. Then when I finally got somebody they gave me a ten digit KEY Code. For some reason the code pad kept giving us an error. We finally got in but this was a problem every time we tried to get in. The Condo……

“The main points… The condo was not listed accurately. The refrigerator did not work. There is no cell service. Nothing is clearly marked, or lit. We were not able to stay in this rental based on our needs, and have not received a refund or any resolve. Disappointed, unimpressed, infuriated, and will never recommend a rental again due to this disaster.”
