“I stayed the week in this riverfront studio apartment. The view of the river and park was fantastic. I loved that the coffee shop was just downstairs and went there every day. It was easy to park and easy to check in. The wifi worked great for my work laptop. I really liked the kitchenette area and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. I felt that every consideration was made and everyone in the town was very friendly.”

“The apartment is very nicely done! Very clean & the couch is comfy. As we were in town to help relatives, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the property outside, but it was quite pretty. CH1 is the first floor unit. It is well-insulated sound-wise, except that the floors creak when the people upstairs walk— we’re light sleepers & that woke us up a couple of times. The driveway has a VERY steep short hill, which was okay in the summer but I’d be cautious about renting it in the winter. The hosts……

“Property and area were both great. We were visiting our daughter at U. Cincinnati for the weekend. It was perfect distance from her apartment, away from the business of cincy but not to far, about 25m. When we needed time to kill time we had the perfect area for quiet river walks including welcoming bars & restaurants rite next door. Only negative was the construction going on in front ofour building to upgrade the river walk but was no fault of the property, my wife and I cant wait to come back……
