It's hard not to notice the gorgeous wood staircase on the first floor, but you will also find the large living area with Roku TV, comfortable dining for seven, a roomy fully-equipped kitchen and a half bathroom. Off the living room you will find the large patio area.
You will find a full bathroom with a shower / tub combination along with all four bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan and Roku TV with exception to the twin bedroom (two twin beds are located in this room).
Full size washer and dryer are located in the basement along with a newly installed large bathroom with walk-in shower. We recommend wearing some flip flops as the basement is not finished.

Historic neighborhood from the 1920s that is quiet and safe (there is a policeman just down the street). Very walkable neighborhood! Plenty of street parking and we have a large driveway.
We recommend using your car to get around, though Uber and Lyft are available.
