Tidy unit, place is a little run down but absolutely fine and the price was fantastic! Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours but overall it was a very quiet and comfortable stay. Lovely accomodating staff!

I really appreciated the warm reception I received here. Upon arriving, the front desk staff member came to open the reception door for me and warmly welcomed me in. I didn’t catch her name, but she was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome.
The room served its purpose well, and the accommodation was conveniently located close to Claudelands.
The laundry is a bonus.

The one thing that would have made it a 10/10 would be if the rooms had cooking facilities. Only having a microwave limits your options.

Room was a little dated but clean and tidy and good for an overnight stay. Close to town and Claudelands but not noisy. Only complaints would be shower wasn't very hot and only 1 oil heater for whole unit. Unit could benefit from a heat pump or wall panel heater and additional blankets in winter. Would have been OK with just 2 guests but the third guest in lounge area was cold. If staying longer I would have called for another blanket and heater but we were all OK sleeping in extra layers. In summer the room would be fine but not ideal in winter especially with children

Very basic rooms. Nice and clean . Grounds were unkept and pool was an absolute no go.
TV was only 5 channels of rubbish, tab , horse racing and al Jazeera news. No actual Freeview channels to keep children busy. Otherwise, it was badic and affordable accommodation.

Selected this motel after reading good reviews, but our experience was not good. The unit was very smelly, essential housekeeping tasks had been missed, and we could not use the TV as the remote was broken. The place was rather dilapidated and in need of an upgrade. Also the guttering outside was leaking badly along the join so that rain water poured all over the stairway to our upstairs unit.
A big disappointment.
