“I selected this specific hotel based on it having a HOT tub and a pool. This hotel's pool and hot tub is fully structurally enclosed. The pool's temperature was no more than 70 degrees and the HOT tub was no more than 85-90 degrees. I was in need of a good HOT tub soaking from my sore muscles. I had no bathroom towels for being able to take a shower, I asked for some, and they didn't have any extra available towels in the entire hotel somehow. “The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. “We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and……
