“Very good hotel~! Their service exceeds my expectation! We stayed in Hotel Best Night 2 last year 2023. At that time we didn't know that they have shuttle bus service. We had a very bad experience when negotiating with airport taxi driver from Algers airport to the hotel before. So this year we chose Hotel Best Night as they have free shuttle bus service. But our flight arrived Algers very late. It was 2:00 am. We called the hotel and a drive came to the airport to pick us up. We were so……

“Nice place”

“Decent hotel in a nice part of Algiers, plenty of character. The beds were very comfortable and the place was beautifully furnished, with lots of marble. The breakfast was adequate and tasty (excellent coffee!). The only slight weaknesses were on cleanliness (we had to ask them to replace the bath mat) and some items not being well-maintained, eg the phone didn't work and the shower head was leaking. Would return.”

“Had a great stay at M Suite! The Staff were Amazing from security, front desk, housekeeping, waiters to shuttle driver! Very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohammed, Redouane and the brunette waitress at the breakfast (my apologies, I did not catch her name, even though she had a name tag on her). I have lived over 20 years abroad with lot of traveling all over the world, and I am happy to see our hotels reach such a great level of customer service. Keep it up and best of luck to all……

“Didn’t get shuttle for airport. Although in specifications the hotel mentioned that transportation to airport is included for free. Amat the end I rental one taxi to airport and I paid that from my pocket ”

“Chambre pas très propre en arrivant, des traces sur la literie, l'abbattan WC était cassé.. La moquette était noire de saleté, la fenêtre était cassée, ne fermait pas correctement et le bruit de la chaufferie a côté de l'hôtel était insupportable.. Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peit prétendre à 4 étoiles. Le personnel n'est pas aimable et souriant. Au petit déjeuner, on vous espionne pour, semble-t-il vérifier que vous ne vous reservez pas... Seul point positif, la piscine. Plutôt déçu……
