“I must say that Dalos is the most proactive and communicative host I have ever encountered in my VRBO experiences. The loft apartment was clean and commodious with spacious bedrooms. Kitchen space and utensils was adequate. Laundry set up-A! There were some broken bathroom towel and toilet paper holders that detracted as did the ceiling water damage in the bedroom and flaking ceiling in the loft. However, we didn't experience any dripping water and it had just rained. Our greatest criticism is……

“Terrible…absolutely terrifying arrival for me… The renter failed to communicate the room number, access code to the room, and/or a useable Wi-Fi connection… I was alone, unable to access my room, and received NO answers when I texted, repeatedly. Again, I texted repeatedly for help. I am 69 years old. Although I texted the “owner” repeatedly for help, I received, NO ANSWER.
