What a great spot! One of favorites for sure. Communication was awesome. Room was exceptional with lovely touches and ocean view with balcony. Then the Surf Shack with live music, great food and drinks made this a spectacular spot.

I was able to arrive at the property at any time the day of my check in and utilize the facilities while waiting for formal check in. The day I checked out there was the same option, checking out but being able to stay poolside, where there is an outdoor shower and bathroom. Staff were helpful and kind. I was struggling with my bags getting up the large flight of stairs to the second floor and staff saw and rushed to my sister and I and offered to carry our bags to our room. So helpful. The room was small, but amazingly it had everything we needed. Small sink, two burner stove top, pots pans, dishes, mini fridge. The air/heat worked great; the bed was comfortable. The balcony was lovely with composite sturdy Adirondack chairs and a table with four chairs on the balcony. Will absolutely stay here again.

Floor was cracking a lot, way too much sound from the street, The A/C was so loud that we thought a train passed 2 feet away.

Like; across the road from beach. Our room was modern nice smaller refrigerator, large smart TV, etc. Didn’t like : Our room was on third floor no elevator, our room didn’t have a balcony. If you want or need these check to see if there’s a first floor room and balcony room.

We had an amazing two-day stay at 935 Ocean, and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional generosity, hospitality, and kindness. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. There are plenty of activities to do around the area, making the stay even more enjoyable. The beach, just a few steps away from the hotel, is simply stunning. We highly recommend this establishment. If we could give a rating, it would be 12/10! Thank you to the entire team at 935 Ocean for making our stay memorable

Very clean and modernized. Free parking. Outdoor space for guests both on the decks and the grounds. Peaceful location, but there are no amenities in walking distance sadly the restaurants and surf shop next door burned down :( Really nice staff, has a family friendly vibe. Good value for the area especially during peak season. We will likely be back, but book a room with full kitchen so we can have some meals without having to drive 3-5 miles away.

First of all… customer service was excellent! Super helpful, check in was super easy. Room was beautiful, clean and with everything that you could think you could need. I reserved a hotel room via expedia and was charged right away. But when we went there, nobody was around to check us in. No one picked up the phone. No one replied to messages (after 6 days now, still no reply). We end up staying somewhere else! I guess this hotel just does not work with online reservations? The system needs to be fixed. And we still have not received a refund or explanation after 6 days!
