"The front desk staff were great. The room, unfortunately, was not. Air conditioner was filthy. Could not turn it on until my wife cleaned it. Found some food between the beds behind the nightstand. Bathroom was not good. Toilet didn't flush well. Not very clean. Parking was tough. Not enough spaces for the amount of rooms. Hot tub and pool were okay. Sorry to be so negative, but sometimes the truth hurts. One positive: very good location. Will not return though."

"We have stayed at the Hampton House multiple times and have always had a great experience. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.Great location. we have stayed in many places along Ocean Blvd and always choose Hampton House if it has availability."

"The historian at the front was extremely friendly. What a gem of a man. The inn itself was GORGEOUS! Even though the rooms were small, it felt like you stepped back in time. This red headed hostess with glasses was very standoffish though. Did not greet guests with customer service at all. Also the food was a 6.5/10. The mud pie was amazing but they served green beans as a side vegetable. Just plain boiled, absolutely no seasonings or sauteeing. Overpriced entrees a tad. Cocktails were great though and a good price. "

"This is Hampton's hidden gem for affordable and clean hotel rooms! We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and I can honestly say this was one of the best Vacations I have taken with my family. Even the day it was raining, we got to stay at the hotel and enjoy all of the amenities. The hot tub was a HUGGGGEEEE Bonus and the heated pool as well as we all spent lots of time in both! The price that I usually pay to stay right on the strip, I can stay here instead and it's like getting an extra night for free. I don't mind being in England as there are many different restaurant choices that are affordable and very tasty. We will definitely be back again!! "
