“Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.”

“The property is large, so listen to the staff’s helpful directions upon checkin. Highly recommend taking the time to relax and read at their pool. The quiet adult pool area was a very welcome and unexpected amenity!”

“Since I booked through a 3rd party the rooms I booked where not available although I paid in full 6 months prior to my visit. They were not able to accommodate us for the desired rooms and gave me a discount at check-in however when I checked out they sent me back to Expedia so let's how I get the discount they promised. Otherwise the hotel was nice except pool too small for the size of the facility.”

“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”
