Coni's place was a perfect beach retreat. Prime location, beautifully curated space, gracious and responsive host. Very memorable time for my family - we look forward to coming back!

My family and I had a wonderful time. We were comfortable and truly enchanted during our stay. The house was beautifully maintained and our host was readily available to us and a pleasure to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was beautifully appointed, and the proximity to the beach was unparalleled. The property owner was right next door, but one would never know that unless they needed some help or assistance. The only drawback was the traffic and street noise.
