“The apartment was clean and well-maintained, check in and checkout were easy. The furnishings were basic. Linens were very lightweight. No TV. Overall happy with the stay.”

“This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. “Our stay was excellent. Just what we needed for a short stay for a hospital procedure. Plenty of amenities available. No problems with check in however my husband forgot to get our Peanut Butter eggs out of the refrigerator when he left. I sure hope someone else was able to enjoy them! They are a special treat in our hometown each year to celebrate Easter!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed this home for our family to come together for our son's graduation. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and pleasant. The space was perfect for our extended family and we enjoyed being able to rest, relax, and visit during our stay. The house had everything we needed for the trip. We would highly recommend this location if traveling to Gainesville.”

“The positive things was that we were close to where we needed to be. The beds were also comfortable. We stayed for a month and there was nothing to clean the apt, not a broom or toilet cleaning liquids, not an iron. The pots and pans were very used and scratched. The silver were scarce. Poor lighting in the kitchen area. The kitchen table was wabbly, we were afraid to sit at the table in fear that it would fall. They gave us only one key and it was inconvenient for our party since we had to……

“My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!”
