「The Sands resort and staff are amazing. The room was simple but clean. Perfect for staying the night in a spur of the moment decision. It’s a quick walk to the beach or boardwalk and parking there was easy.

「We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. 「Positives: comfy memory foam bed, clean space, nice location. The rooms are in a converted historic building, and while many interior features are attractive, the project seems very rushed, and a lot of important items are missing or poorly done (especially to be a four star as they claim)
Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going...
