Lux Charleston Residence for 10+
Nestled in an eagle sanctuary of Hanahan, this beautiful home is conveniently located on the Goose Creek Reservoir near the interstate and all the places you want to visit during your time in Charleston!
This wonderfully cozy 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom townhome welcomes you with a kitchen equipped for gatherings, complimentary Nespresso coffee, and a relaxing balcony experience.
Roku TV offers Guest Services to view all your favorite subscriptions. All bedding cleaned between reservations.
The entire home is available to guests except for a locked supply closet downstairs.
We hope all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.
If smoking is detected in the home there is at minimum a $250 deep cleaning fee charged to the guest`s reservation.

Very comfortable and well supplied. Michael was very helpful with email issues. I would recommend a ceiling fan in master bedroom. Missing remote for bedroom room next to bathroom. Fan light out in same bedroom. Wine glasses would be a plus. Fan remote holder coming off the wall in small bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay in Charleston. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and felt so welcoming! Michael was a fantastic host: responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

Hanahan,SC townhome
I would highly recommend this property. The townhome is quiet, clean and comfortable. The open concept living, kitchen and dining area has a great flow and provides a nice gathering space without being crowded. The townhome has three levels and the stairs will be a challenge for anyone with mobility concerns. Our host, Michael, was responsive to our requests and was available by text and phone. A check in/out guide would be a helpful.way to address questions/concerns.

Awesome…except for a few minor things.
Property was amazing- clean, great location, super nice, great set-up for a family! We were not thrilled with the response from property manager when we reached out to say the back door does not lock, or that there was no blow dryer when listing says there is. Property could also benefit from bath mats and tissues.
