“Constant smell of cheap air fresheners in the halls, food was overcooked and took an extremely long time to arrive, people arriving after me were served there food before me.
My experience was all the staff were in their early twenties, Maybe my issue were down to a lack of experience being on hand.
Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed in but can definitely be improved.”

“We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan.
The room was spacious but really needs an update.
The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn.
The wallpaper was also peeling.
The bathroom renovation was acceptable.
Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out.”

“Well what a gem.
Great place, everything you need is there. Except hairdryer, not a problem for me as mine dries fast.
The whole experience was great from start to finish. Comfy bed, shower amazing, hot tub was awesome addition. Great night away and we will definitely be returning.
Dont go to Lygon arms in feckenham ( village closest) food, service was not great at all. Redditch is close by and Hanbury hall”
