“This is my favorite unit of all the units I have stayed in! The pirate stuff was so cool and we could see our kids ski from the inside! The owner is so easy to communicate with. “The Game Night Theme Room was booked as a surprise for my 7 year old. Upon seeing the on theme welcome mat and decals on the door he was so excited. Thoughtful touches like the Minecraft Pig made this a camp visiting day weekend that he will never forget. Jiminy Peak is a great spot and we love the walkable restaurant Bluebird Cafe for dinner and the Country Store for a quick breakfast grab. Howie was communicative and described everything perfectly.”

“Our stay exceeded our expectations! The property is beautiful with a cute patio and modern furnishings/appliances. It had a homey and clean vibe and Dillon was nice enough to provide snacks, oatmeal, coffee, creamer, toothbrushes, etc. Everything we could need! We brought our two dogs and they seemed right at home and love going on walks through the fall leaves. Would definitely recommend for those with dogs, small children, or just traveling on their own!”

“Nice apartment-well appointed kitchen that we didn't use but will if we come back for a longer stay. The setting was absolutely perfect: a babbling river right behind the house where you can sit by the water, skip stones, relive your childhood navigating across slippery rocks. We sat for hours with a great blue heron, saw mink (we think), humming birds, a belted kingfisher. All walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Williams college campus and art museum. Oh, and the Water Street Grill……

"Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel."
