"We had a fabulous experience! The cabin was as advertised and a perfect location for a family get away! We loved the property and proximity to the water. My kiddos enjoyed the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat. We especially enjoyed s’mores around the fire. The remote location was peaceful and restful, but close enough to Acadia and all it has to offer. A perfect family retreat! Just what we needed as a family to kick off summer 2025!"

"The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden...

"This cozy cabin is exactly as pictured and described. While we no longer have young children, it would be wonderful place to stay if you did. Additionally, it feels isolated in the woods, and yet you are only 10-15 minutes from Bar Harbor, carriage trails, and all the other attractions! We loved, loved, loved this cabin, and we hope to return next year despite the 18 hour drive to get to it! "
