“Air conditioning was very sub--par”

“Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.”

“This property is on the site of a former kibbutz overlooking the mountains and sea. The staff are very friendly and professional and the breakfast was diverse and well prepared.”

“We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. “The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. ”

“I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. “the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! ”

“We were there 5-10 minutes and left. The first rooms they gave us smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They second rooms were worse. The bathrooms were gross, outdated and falling apart. Rust on the fixtures, floors cracking everywhere. The pictures online were beautiful, absolutely nothing like reality. Mangers excuse was, "The truth is, this is a cheap hotel." ”
