「It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.」

「The owner was proactive and contacted me in plenty of time with details such as where to park. The flat has good cooking facilities and a very effective washer/dryer for your clothes. The bed was comfortable if a bit soft for my liking.
This is an excellent base for exploring around Bristol and to the south. If your satnav suggests using Manor Road to approach from the south force it to use wider roads, Manor Rd is more like a Devon lane than a real road!」

「My partner and I recently spent 5 nights at the Coach House, a quaint property in a peaceful village location but with easy access to both Bristol and Bath.
The owner was incredibly welcoming and the property was immaculately clean throughout and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending the property and would happily stay here anytime we are in the area.」
