「We enjoyed our stay as we were in town for a family wedding. The property was clean and well-appointed. It had a lot of character and the decor was lovely. The only thing we could have used was an ironing board and iron as we needed to press some items for the wedding. Also, the coffee pot (Kuerig) was malfunctioning and bursting the pods, getting grounds on the counter and in your cup of coffee. As we were all coffee drinkers, this was a little disappointing. 「We had a great stay! The house was super clean when we arrived. It was very well stocked with everything we could need. Appreciated having the pack and play and the high chair for our one year old grand daughter. Had a nice bonfire one night and used the grill a couple times. Great location, walking distance to the Surf and downtown. The host was very good to communicate with. Great stay! Everyone in our family liked the house.」

「Barak was very friendly. He had instructions laid out professionally yet personal. Loved the condo!! It was very windy and somewhat rainy during our stay but the living space was very comfortable. Didn’t mind being indoors. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.」

「We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was very clean and cute and even had extras that were nice for our stay like games and garage access to store our bikes. I also like how close it was to the downtown area and the bike trails. The property managers were incredibly helpful with any issues that we had. I would definitely stay here again. 「The location and condition of this property are its key highlights! Fresh and clean interior. Comfortable furnishings, bed and couches. The e-bikes were great to have access to. We rode around the lake on the 14 mile loop. So fun! We were in town for a wedding so it was lovely to extend our trip into long weekend.」

「Stayed with parents, daughter and granddaughter (5 of us total). This place is so charming clean and fun! Plenty of room for lots more people and super close to both beaches! Abundant household supplies and amenities plus friendly surroundings that feel just like home. Nice neighborhood. Room to spread out and also gather. Outstanding view. 2 bathrooms were so convenient. 「We loved this rental. It was clean. Newly renovated. The owner even reached out to tell us we could check in a little early, which I thought was very thoughtful. He also checked in on us via email through our the stay to make sure all was good. I was very impressed with this rental. It had all of the things we needed like soap, detergent, and shampoo. I will definitely try and rent this house again. It also had lots of great outdoor seating, which we loved and took advantage of.」

「Our family came together for the celebration of our mom’s life on earth. We were born and raised in Clear Lake and this was the most convenient place to get everywhere, would be perfect when there’s an event at the Surf! Accommodating for all of us and we loved the outdoor space and fire pit. Don’t forget to bring shampoo and conditioner- we went to shower and it was not provided. Other than that it was a perfect place and would stay again. Thank you!」

「We came for TRIClear Lake! Adorable condo! Super clean and cozy! Had everything we needed! Met the nicest lady when we were unloading, she had just moved from Florida and she gave us a little tour of all the amenities. 「Our only negatives were in the room. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, and there is not a regular closet. There is no place to hang anything longer than a shirt. But that is also a personal preference thing. The location and view cannot be beat. And the hotel staff were very good. Overall we had a wonderful stay. 」
