「Lovely house, good location. Only thing we would like to mention is that it could do with a new mattress on the bed left room, double bed, very soft and bumpy when you lay in it with 2 people」

「Tony was a fantastic host; attentive, welcoming and informative. The rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Bed extremely comfortable, bathroom spacious with his and hers vanity to get ready. 5 min walk to the hot pools, restaurant and coffee shops. The grounds are well kept with a seating area overlooking the gold fish pond. My wife and I were looking for a short getaway and would highly recommend OakView Hanmer Springs. We will be back for sure!」

「The property was great for our short break. Close to the town and pools」

「Thai place had everything we needed, a lot he rooms were a great size, nice and warm with fire and heat pump. Location good, can either drive or walk in to town. House was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The host was amazing at communication. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks again! 」

「We brought our 2 teenagers (13 & 17) to Sandy Heights and had such a lively time. No wifi was a big draw card and the kids were engaged with us and explored and played games rather than staring at screens. The cabin was cosy and warm and had everything we needed. South Island Robins and Tomtits visiting each day was such a gift. :)Thank you again xx」
