“The management of this facility was perfect. It was so clean, they were so welcoming and responsive. The availability of pool towels was much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the TV was huge. Couldn’t have asked for more!”

“This was a great holiday house for our family.Walking distance to the town, hot pools, mountain bike tracks and walking tracks.House was lovely warm and inviting. Driveway is steap but tou can park on the aide if worried. Wood fire is amazing heats the house well. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at '17 on Cheltenham'. The house was perfect for our family of three generations including a 4 year old. We loved the wood burner, fire pit, comfy sofas & beds, and books & games for all ages. The location was great - minutes walking distance to woodland walks, hot pools, and town. We would love to stay again one day. ”

“More spacious than expected. Stairs were quite steep, no lift available. ”

“Large homely place for all of us to be able to mix but also have are own space if needed . Heat pumps and fire great as was winter, plenty of wood available but could do with a sharper axe. Lived the views with snow on the mountains”

“Really lovely house. Enjoyed the fireplace and stayed nice and warm. My Dad struggles with his mobility and he found getting around the home to be smooth. ”

“We loved our stay at Flaxmere Guest Cottage. The cottage was warm, sunny and spacious. Comfy beds with lovely linen and a woodburner. We self catered and it was perfect for staying in by the fire in the evenings. It was lovely being able to wander through the magnificent gardens. A truely unique place and we’d definitely rebook. ”
