Everything was thought through, from a welcome gift bag to a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and even laundry supplies. All the appliances were brand new, the furniture was comfortable and well chosen, and it was clear someone set it up as if they were going to live here themselves.The place was spotless, well lit, and in a safe area with plenty of parking. The host was attentive, quick to respond,……

“It took several emails to get some minor repairs completed. We could not get local TV stations. Furniture was not comfortable, sat too low to the floor. VRBO has a double bed but there is room for a king which would be nicer. VRBO was clean but they need to purchase stainless steel cleaner for the refrigerator.”

“The cleanliness was subpar. The bedding was dirty and stained. "Clean" cutting board had dried up food on it in the cabinet. Floors were filthy and in need of repair, they were literally coming up. Only half the outlets in each bedroom worked. Asked specifically if washer and dryer were in unit. We were told yes. To be specific, they are in the basement, you must go outside, exit the unit, and it is shared space. Not in actual unit. Sink clogged and plumbing subpar. Really do not feel it was……

“Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. Unsafe stairs coming into the house.. irregular heights.Very drafty windows and thin cheap curtains on them. No extra blamkets. Some of the decorations were cute but is was like the saying "lipstick on a pig". We were in……

“Their amenities listed are completely false. From no beach access due to health concerns all the way to no wi-fi. Would strongly suggest to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being freezing cold all night and buying your own toilet paper.”
