The rooms were clean and well appointed; the lobby and restaurant were spacious and beautiful, and the staff courteous and attentive. Location in Hannover is perfect...quiet and near trams, restaurants, and beautiful countryside.

One of the worst hotel i stayed in and i put my children at risk by choosing them! Whatever they offer on the website is not accurate and they couldn't even provide infant beds so my children were falling off the bed. I made the booking on the road specifically because they were offering infant beds but upon late arrival as me and my family were on the road whole day they said is nothing available. When asked if then i can cancel and find different accommodation they said it will still full charge apply even if whatever they advertised was not correct. Whole stay was unsafe for my children, staff extremely rude and unhelpful with literally anything and now dealing with hotel they are behaving extremely disrespectful, ignoring and entitled claiming they have done everything they could what means is nothing. I have spent a lot of money for very average place to stay just to put my family at risk. Please avoid this hotel at all cost if you value your comfort, peace and safety!!!

Vi hade planerat att ladda på hotellet, dom hade bra pris för att ladda fullt. Dock kom vi inte ner i garaget pga takbox och kunde inte ladda. Fanns få laddare i området, som tur är tog vi oss till en snabbladdare och hade så pass mkt ladd kvar. Detta bör man upplysa om. Personalen pratade knackig engelska. Stenhård bäddsoffa och hårda sängar.

Das Hotel ist gut erreicht, in direkter Nähe ist eine S-Bahn Station. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig in den Zimmern, wor haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Die jungen Damen an der Rezeption waren richtig freundlich und total hilfreich. Vielen Dank dafür! Gut gefallen hat uns auch der Parkplatz vor der Tür (kostenpflichtig, aber gut ausgebaut und safe) sowie ein Biergarten draußen (sehr nett dort). Nicht ganz so gut war: Beim Frühstück greift die Service-Kraft trotz zweimaliger, freundlich-klarer Ansage, dass man seine Sachen bitte gerne weiterverwenden möchte (Umweltaspekt), immer wieder um einen herum und nimmt einem halbleere Gläser etc. ab. Rührei und Pancakes waren leider kalt.

Ein 4-Sterne Hotel muss ein Restaurant lt. Katalog haben. Das gab es nicht. Auch den Roomservice gab es nicht. Parkplatzgebühr neuerdings 15 Euro pro Tag, das war in der Vergangenheit nicht so. Rührei und Würstchen beim Frühstück kalt, andere Auslagen teilweise nicht nachgelegt. (an 2 Tagen). Handtücher unappetitliche braune Flecken. (an 2 Tagen) Bitte um Stellungnahme wurde nicht beantwortet.

Dont rely on EV-charging

They didnt even answer to our complain about slow EV-charging. EV-charging was the only reason why we made a reservation at this hotel, because we had hoped to wake up to a fully charged car. Dont expect more than 4 kW charging (6A). We woke up to a partly charged battery and needed to go elsewhere to charge. No compensation, nor any explanation. Disapointing.
