The receptionists (Max and his team) were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was very good, quite near the lake and the spotlights of the city.

Was in Vietnam for about less than a week, luckily enough to come across this gem in the middle of old quarter. The employees are very friendly and they helped a lot with my journey in Hanoi!! The location is perfect to get whatever you need and they also offer tour packages...everything in one place. I enjoyed my time staying, will be coming back soon

Well located and clean. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a couple of enquiries they really were marvelous. Max, the tour operator helped me a lot making some tours along my stay. He had wide knowledge of any kind of tours you are looking for. Highly recommend Ha Long Bay and Hanoi city tour.

Staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Family room for 3 was a little small, with little space for 2 big luggage. Room was clean and bed comfortable. I did not like the water pressure of my room - too low. Soundproofing was poor, you cna hear every opening of doors and convos outside the room. Breakfast was a small spread but sufficient for a hearty meal. Staff at breakfast were polite and helpful. I still rated four stars for the very good location - Old Quarter. Minutes away from Beer Street, night market, shopping streets.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was 100 % superb! Plenty of varieties to choose from. It’s also walkable to Moana Sapa and dinings. This hotel has a magnificent view of the panoramic mountain and clouds. And the most of all I like in my surprise? Staffs were surprised that my family and I handed them a tip! One of them even approached me and asked what was it for. 😂 I won’t hesitate to book there again.

The hotel was pretty nice and cozy. The housekeepers did their best to make the room clean everyday.I went out early in the morning and when I come back in the afternoon all corners were clean. Other staffs were helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions in the city.

It was such a cozy little accommodation in the heart of the capital. All the staffs ( Max, Pete, Luna and Violet ) warmed me up by their kindness. They were always there whenever you need and solved all your problems. Location quite near the lake (~200m). Btw, Mr Max was a brilliant tour operator. He had all kind of tours (Ninh Binh, Ha Long bay, Sapa,…) and offer the one with good quality and reasonable price. Will recommend this to my friends!
