Fabulous hotel … an oasis of charm in the chaos of Hanoi. It’s brand new so everything is immaculate and the staff can’t do enough to help. We would most definitely return !

The pool bar was not yet constructed and this had not been advertised to us. It was also very loud in our room on the second floor - the street noise made it almost impossible to sleep until after 1am. The rest of the hotel wa beautiful and well maintained.

La qualité de cet hotel et de son personnel a été une énorme découverte dans notre séjour. Le rafinement du detail et l élégance des finitions sont digne d un petit palace, le propriétaire a très bons goûts.Et que dire de l accueil chaleureux et si professionnel de l entièreté du personnel. Toujours une petite attention et coordonnés pour que votre séjour soit unique. J ai rarement eu cette qualité de service sur mes voyages à l étranger. Je n envisage pas d autres hôtels sur un prochain séjour à Hanoi. Bravo et merci particulièrement à William et Shelly
