It was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The bellmen were very kind — they helped with my luggage and even gave me an umbrella because it was raining. I got a welcome drink, some snacks, and a cool towel, which was a really nice touch. The front desk staff were great, especially Dong. He was funny and made me forget how tired I was after my early flight. During check-in, they also told me about the Old Quarter, good places to eat, and things to see nearby. Cindy was also amazing — she helped me book a 3-day, 2-night trip to Ha Long Bay. I’ve just started the trip today and I’m really happy with her suggestion! My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and they even gave me a plate of welcome fruits. Breakfast on the 11th floor was delicious, with many choices and a nice city view. The pool next to the restaurant was also clean and relaxing. There’s a spa downstairs and a sky bar on the rooftop with good deals. I didn’t have time to try them yet, but I will when I come back before my flight. Overall, I really recommend this hotel. It’s in a small street in the Old Quarter, but the service and quality feel like a 5-star hotel. I couldn’t ask for more!

I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Secret Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter, very close to everything but still quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ding Dong is always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both local and Western options. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money.
