“客房設計典雅舒適，但說真的訂面對都市景的房間很受隔壁棟辦公大樓影響，睡覺還是很能感受隔壁辦公室的亮光，還是推薦考量住宿的人選擇面河景觀房。客房清潔但因為我們住宿三晚，第一晚有忘記補充盥洗用品狀況，電話要求客房服務但速度頗慢不像五星級飯店應有的水準。
飯店所在位置很獨特很美，但交通不易，所以要吸引人們來住宿，勢必在服務上要做加強。曾有一天早晨約十點我們特別到櫃檯告知請在一點前來整理房間，兩個小孩要睡午覺，但一點回到房間仍未整理。我們打電話告知櫃檯請他們快來整理但仍是等了將近一個小時才來，而那時小孩已經在房內睡著燈已關，本來要求下午一點前整理的房間，用到下午四點我們全家都在房間睡著了才一直開門要整理……服務很不好”

“Amazing Stay – Feels Just Like Home!
We had an incredible stay at the Bluestone Penthouse! The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed—kitchenware, daily fresh towels, bathroom essentials, and thorough cleaning service covering all rooms. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The air conditioning was a huge plus during a heat wave—definitely a standout feature!
The host was exceptionally generous and responsive. He even helped us with our luggage and……

“Die gebuchte Suite war stylisch und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und vor allem die clevere Aufteilung im Bad genossen. So gab es trotz 3 Personen keinen Stau im Bad.

“Positiv überrascht! Sehr nettes, junges und aufgestelltes Personal. Eckzimmer im 12. Stock mit atemberaubender Aussicht über die Stadt. Sauber und modern bequemes Zimmer. Frühstück hat auch überzeugt. Nahe an der Altstadt. Ausser, dass es leider keine Parkplätze vor Ort hat, war es für mich ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder. Parkplätze hat es übrigens verbilligt im Düwell Parkhaus, ca. 8 Min. zu Fuss entfernt vom Hotel.”
