"Upon arrival, we were greeted by a great and welcoming front desk staff. The hotel was in a great location with wonderful views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast had great options and was very convenient for our family. We would definitely be staying here again."

"Great hotel, close to everything and the shuttle service was very helpful going to and from the convention center. This hotel is definitely family friendly and has things to do inside the lobby area and near the pool. I would definitely stay here again."

"They graciously allowed us to store our 6 bags before our check in since we arrived early and wanted to explore the city. When we returned to check in we were taken to a room to get our bags. At that point we were told there is no elevators to take us and our bags to the upper floors. So they told us we could have the room that our bags had been in. That room wasn't similar to the pictures we saw for the room we reserved although they said it was the same room. It had the smallest queen size bed I've ever slept on. The pictures of the bathroom are very misleading. The toilet was about 3 inches from the bathroom vanity. There isn't enough room use it and not be able to wipe without turning you body. Then the sink was spitting water every which way when you went to wash your hands. The bathtub drain wouldn't close to allow a bath. Then the next morning I followed another guest into the breakfast area looking to get some sugar for the coffee we had to get door dashed since our room had none. I was told be the counter staff that I had to pay additional fees for items in the room. I've never heard of that when it was offered on the Expedia website. This was our 3 hotel we had booked through Expedia on our trip and left a bad taste for sure."
