"Overal rooms were clean everthing was good i ordered 3 rooms for mh family, were charged more than quoted on the website, also there was a couple of women outside my room talking all night very loud, till 2am unable to sleep, in another room there was a dog started barking at 5 am, we left at 8 am because we were already awake, not because we had to."

"They graciously allowed us to store our 6 bags before our check in since we arrived early and wanted to explore the city. When we returned to check in we were taken to a room to get our bags. At that point we were told there is no elevators to take us and our bags to the upper floors. So they told us we could have the room that our bags had been in. That room wasn't similar to the pictures we saw for the room we reserved although they said it was the same room. It had the smallest queen size bed I've ever slept on. The pictures of the bathroom are very misleading. The toilet was about 3 inches from the bathroom vanity. There isn't enough room use it and not be able to wipe without turning you body. Then the sink was spitting water every which way when you went to wash your hands. The bathtub drain wouldn't close to allow a bath. Then the next morning I followed another guest into the breakfast area looking to get some sugar for the coffee we had to get door dashed since our room had none. I was told be the counter staff that I had to pay additional fees for items in the room. I've never heard of that when it was offered on the Expedia website. This was our 3 hotel we had booked through Expedia on our trip and left a bad taste for sure."
