"Great place quit clean newly renovated can’t complain at all "

"This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. Several fees were also added that were not obvious when booking. The experience did not reflect the property’s photos or description."

"Let me start by saying that the view was breathtaking with beautiful sunsets and great access to fishing. The cottage was disappointing. Online it was clear that it was basic no frills accommodations. All the blinds were broken, the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see the beautiful view. The fridge made weird noises all night. The microwave was from 1994, there was no cable you have to log into your own Netflix account and the one tv was really small, the door jam in the bathroom and light switch were black from dirt, There were ants in the bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were a collection of terribleness. Again the location was amazing and if you dropped a couple dollars and upgraded a few things would make the stay more pleasant."
