“We had a wonderful time in Mountain Creek. The hosts of the condo were fantastic. They answered questions promptly and all instructions were easy to follow. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, a Keurig and regular coffee pots along with coffee pods and creamer. The bathroom had a shower and tub with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Plenty of plugs to charge devices and many streaming apps on the TV. The pool was heated and there is also a hot tub. The best part was it was less than a 5 min.……

“This was all we hoped for! Here for a wedding. Loved the surroundings. Made good use of the pool, just steps away from the patio outside our door. The apartment is lovely, spacious and spotless. ”

“We absolutely loved the house and the set up. It was clean and had a great feel to it. Convenient to the Minerals Hotel and many local restaurants/businesses. We enjoyed this home immensely and would book again if in this area.”

“We had a wonderful extended weekend stay. The place is gorgeous and very clean. It’s also beautifully decorated and the couches/beds are so comfortable. Reading a book on the big comfy chair in the master bedroom is a must!! Ann was so easy to contact and the condo is very spacious and well stocked with supplies. One day we were there, the Town had a power outage for a couple of hours but Ann kept us informed and there was a battery powered lantern ready to use. The huge dining room table is……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again!”

"We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in the morning?"
