「Horrible flooring, carpet worn out, AC window unit not secured could see outside around the edges, towels were dirty, NO Office to check in with, personnel lives in room 3, no outlet to plug into, I decided it was so substandard I did NOT STAY & I want my money back. 「The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell.
