“This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well. They left us a basket of snacks and a couple of bottles of water which was appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. The living area is well equipped and has everything you may need. “I rented this home as a place friends & family could stay as well as the venue for my husband's 50th surprise party. It had everything my guests & myself could want. Lots of space to spread out while still allowing for large groups to gather. The teens loved the game room & movie theater. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook anything you desire. The only drawback are all the stairs but us old folks managed just fine! Overall 5 star location & highly recommend.”

“This house was very spacious indoors and the back lawn. We had 15 family members join us for a Davidson Graduation ceremony and there was plenty of space. We were also able to use the kayaks, play corn hole (already at the house), and grill out for a picnic. The fire pit was really fun at night! A great time was had by all! I do wish there were more bathrooms with the amount of people we had, but we made it work. I would highly reccomend this house for a large goup of people.”

“We have used this house before for a birthday weekend for my husband's mother. It was very nice returning and everyone already knew which rooms they liked and the house layout made it much better. The kids enjoyed the lake while kayaking and swimming. Another plus is less than 10 minutes to Lake Norman State Park which has hiking trails and a swim beach.”

“This was our first time to Lake Norman and will not be our last. Our family of five had one of our best vacations to date. Peaceful, clean, and safe. We enjoyed having dinner on the beautiful deck with a gorgeous view of the lake, taking the kayaks within the cove, and fishing off of the pier. Great memories were made!”

This home was also an overall very good experience. To start, let me say that the home was in immaculate condition. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The furniture and beds were in top notch condition and looked very nice. Everything in the home worked as it should, the pool table and cues were in good condition……
