“It was cozy. However the upstairs neighbors were loud. A rug inside the door is essential. Especially with the snowy wet weather. No rug and the snow and salt residue was all over. I did use some cleaner to attempt to wipe it up before we left. Also, some people were lingering I think looking for the neighbors but attempted our apartment without knocking. Kind of freaked us out. Other than those things we were comfortable it was warm and clean. Exactly like the pictures. It was a good spot for……

“Great location! Enjoyed walking by the river each morning and to a baseball game at City Island. Knead was a fabulous pizza place nearby! Easy access to freeway. Parking was convenient. Jonathan was an excellent host. Instructions were very clear and the pictures were helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We took the smaller Murphy bed room so we would be able to use the kitchen in the morning and not wake the teen before noon. lol. Would have been nice to have more……

“This accommodation smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The AC thermostat was broken, could not be turned from the off position to on. The glasses in the cabinets were dirty. There were no hooks or handles in the bathroom to hang towels. The carpet going up the 2 flights of stairs was old, dirty, and stained. There is no onsite parking, it’s metered street parking. I booked 3 nights. I left after the 2nd night and paid for a different accommodation the last night because it was so……
