「“Off-street parking” was in the listing when I made the reservation. When I received the check-in information there was no mention of parking. I asked about the parking situation and was told to park on streets where you had to pay-to-park or where there were restrictions due to permit parking. This was so problematic that I had to cancel last minute (no refund offered) due to the necessity of off-street parking.」

「Fair place for the price. Clean and comfortable beds. However the rest of the apartment really needs a deep clean and some updates. Floors, tables, counters were all sticky. Walls need to be scrubbed. Minimal kitchen/cooking utensils. Toilet seat was very loose. I did reach out to Jordan about early arrival and he was quick to respond but did charge us 25 to arrive 2 hours early.This is a place that has good potential if a little more work was put into it.」
