「Very nice lady and smooth check in. 」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable (not hard) and I liked the use of four down alternative pillows. The bathroom was very small, but clean and functional. I could tell the room had been updated, but their was still a slight damp odor from the older air conditioning system. Other areas of the hotel, like the pool, are still under repair. The breakfast was good and as expected - scrambled eggs with sausage, cereals, yogurt, muffins, bread,...

「The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room needed some more cleaning of kitchenette sink and bathroom counter. Heating unit not able to keep up. Very drafty door. Needed to stick towels in the door frame. Front desk brought us a heater. Bed was very comfy!」

「What was not good with dirty and also no hot water in the bathrooms. towels were not clean and breakfast was bare minimal with not of good quality. Coffee was never ready and always had to be reminded to be filled up and turned on.」
