“Very clean and nicely decorated! Host is very attentive to any needs and very nice. We enjoyed the wildlife and beautiful views of the lake. Nice, quiet , and peaceful area. It was perfect for our family to spend quality time together. They have stocked the unit well with everything you might need. Will definitely return and highly recommend! 10/10 ”

“This apartment got the job done but has a few things that would make a long term stay annoying. It smells pretty musty in there so we lit candles the whole time, we couldn't open windows as most of the screens had holes in them. The fan for the AC unit was so loud outside the first bedroom it was a treat to walk outside and not hear it anymore. Also, the bathroom sink in the first bathroom leaks so badly if you have it on while brushing your teeth water gets everywhere. I dont know that we would……

“First off the place is very nice and is located in a beautiful location near the lake. I don't like giving negative reviews. It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. There were used to Clorox wipes laying all around and the rug hasn't been vacuumed. The listing showed that soap and shampoo would be provided and it wasn't. Luckily my son had brought some. “Good price and great location by the lake and within close driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores/shopping. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very hospitable and quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I’m looking for a condo in the area. ”

The location couldn’t be better—close to Clemson University, downtown, and all the local spots we wanted to check out.
