Great location - Closed to Downtown

Perfect for me. You get to see the neighborhood and other communities nearby. Dalos the manager was always available.

I must say that Dalos is the most proactive and communicative host I have ever encountered in my VRBO experiences. The loft apartment was clean and commodious with spacious bedrooms. Kitchen space and utensils was adequate. Laundry set up-A! There were some broken bathroom towel and toilet paper holders that detracted as did the ceiling water damage in the bedroom and flaking ceiling in the loft. However, we didn't experience any dripping water and it had just rained. Our greatest criticism is that the surrounding neighborhood was sketchy and it wasn't as conveniently located to attractions as advertised. Having a Dunkin' Donuts next door was great.

Loft with all your needs.

The entrance of the place was not as I expected. It did not match the awesomeness of the beautiful loft. The steps were a good workout for us but not a deal breaker. In the loft it had all the amenities and then some. The place was so accommodating for our stay. We loved the decor and enjoyed being there.

Convenient Location, but Not as Described

Overall the place was very clean. The host was very responsive and the check in process was easy. The kitchen has plenty of dishes to cook and eat with. There were definitely some things we had issue with at the property. The main bedroom in the loft had no curtains on the sky lights so it was very bright for sleeping. The bathrooms were missing fixtures that had broken off the wall. While there is onsite parking there is only one spot and street parking is available directly in front of the property. I would not recommend walking to down town Hartford alone even though it is close. One of our friends got cat called by a stranger leaving the apt and it was an uncomfortable interaction.
