My family and I were in town for a wedding and were very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the exceptional costumer service by the employees. Nora at breakfast was amazing!
I was pleasantly surprised at how big the room is and it was very clean. Such a great place to stay, highly recommend, and will definitely be the place i stay whenever i come back to Hartford

Room was fine. Breakfast was marginal but ok given the price of the room etc but perhaps more choices would be nice. Perfect location for attending events at PeoplesBank Center
The staff, especially Anita at the front desk, were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here for all of our trips back to Hartforda
The atmosphere was very quiet which i loved. The staff very humble and noble, answered all my questions. The cleanliness excellent 👌. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.. 5 stars to this place
The location of the hotel was right downtown, which made the city walkable and convenient to highways and the train. Most of all, the staff was incredible. They were responsive to requests like additional towel and helpful ina meeting any questions we had during our stay. They were also very nice and friendly.

My room was impressive. Some of the furniture was worn. The staff very helpful. Enjoyed my stay
Staff was nice enough. Old hotel. Bedroom small, bathroom tiny. Large living area and kitchen. Great for single man who needs to cook and live downtown. Breakfast was decent by hotel standards.
Excellent service by staff.
Exhaust vent system is noisy in room.

The staff and facility were clean. However, the facility is in need of a bit of a facelift, which could detract from getting better reviews. There was an effort to upgrade the lobby, but the upper floors, elevators, features, and lighting could use an upgrade.

Room was large and comfortable but it was a suite and did not come equipped with pillows and sheets for the extra bed. Even though parking costs $17 per day, guests still need to sign an extra waiver with respect to the safety of cars and belongings.
