「If you want to pay a lot of money and get very little in return, this is the hotel for you. This was the worst Marriott experience we’ve ever had. When we checked in, we had to get our own luggage cart and bring our bags to the room ourselves. The room was missing basic amenities — no water, no ice bucket, and the refrigerator wasn’t even cold. 「While it had "historic inn" charm, all the accoutrements and hardware were modern and thoughtfully installed and presented. The bathroom was especially luxurious and even included a large jacuzzi tub. The large room and bathroom were impeccably clean and though we eschewed maid service by displaying a Do Not Disturb card we returned to our room to discover a neatly wrapped bag of fresh towels placed outside the door.
